How We Work 🚧
This is the living handbook for the Chemical Cognition Lab: how we work, what we expect from each other, and why. It’s public on purpose so prospective members can see what the lab is like, current members have a shared reference, and we stay accountable to what we write down.
It will keep changing. If something here is unclear, outdated, or just wrong, post in the #handbook channel on Zulip or open a pull request.
Thinking of joining? Start with Values & Culture, Roles & Expectations, and Funding & Operations.
